PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR VALLEY
VIEW...OR 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MIDLAND...MOVING NORTHWEST AT 10
MPH. THE LOW WATER CROSSING AT SOUTH MIDLAND DRIVE AND THE NORTH
HIGHWAY 80 SERVICE ROAD WAS FLOODED BY 2 FEET OF SWIFT FLOWING WATER.

THE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL AFFECT THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...VALLEY VIEW...COTTON FLAT...WARFIELD...MIDLAND...MIDLAND
INTERNATIONAL AND MIDLAND AIRPARK.
