NEAR SANTA FE...SOCORRO AND CARRIZOZO.

* WINDS...EAST TO SOUTHEAST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS REACHING 4O TO
45 MPH.

* TIMING...GUSTY WINDS TO INITIALLY IMPACT SANTA FE AND THE SANDIA
