WIND WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
MONDAY EVENING.

* WINDS...EAST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR GUSTS UP TO 60
MPH.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE MOST LIKELY TO OCCUR DURING
THE DAY MONDAY.

* IMPACTS...POTENTIAL FOR DOWNED TREES AND POWER LINES. SCATTERED
TO NUMEROUS POWER OUTAGES ARE POSSIBLE. TRAVEL COULD BE
DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

Patchy dense fog has formed across portions of the area this
morning. Visibility in dense fog could be reduced to 1/4 mile at
times.

If traveling early this morning, be prepared for rapidly changing
visibilities, use low beam headlights and reduce your speed. Also
keep a safe distance between you and other vehicles.
