* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED ONCE AGAIN
WITH HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...MINOR FLOODING IN THE BACK BAYS WILL LINGER INTO THE
EARLY AFTERNOON. THE NEXT HIGH TIDE ON THE NEW JERSEY AND
DELAWARE OCEANFRONT OCCURS BETWEEN 8 PM AND 9 PM THIS EVENING.
HIGH TIDE ON THE BACK BAYS AND ALONG RARITAN BAY OCCURS LATER
THAN THE HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEANFRONT.

* SURGE...1.25 TO 1.75 FEET ABOVE THE ASTRONOMICAL TIDE.

* IMPACTS...LOCALIZED ROADWAY AND PROPERTY FLOODING IS EXPECTED
IN LOW LYING AREAS NEAR THE OCEANFRONT THAT ARE PRONE TO TIDAL
SURGE. SOME ROADS MAY BE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER.

* OUTLOOK...THE POTENTIAL FOR MINOR COASTAL FLOODING NEAR THE
TIMES OF HIGH TIDE WILL CONTINUE INTO THURSDAY AND PERHAPS
FRIDAY.

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS THAT MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY...THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.
