* LOCATION...MONMOUTH COUNTY AND MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MODERATE FLOODING IS EXPECTED WITH THIS
EVENING'S HIGH TIDE.

* TIMING...FLOODING WILL OCCUR FOR A FEW HOURS AROUND THE TIME OF
HIGH TIDE. HIGH TIDE ON THE NEW JERSEY OCEANFRONT OCCURS BETWEEN
730 PM AND 830 PM THIS EVENING. HIGH TIDE ON THE BACK BAYS,
ALONG DELAWARE BAY AND ALONG ARTHUR KILL OCCURS LATER THAN THE
HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEANFRONT.

* WAVES...WAVES ON THE NEAR-SHORE WATERS OFF MONMOUTH COUNTY WILL
RANGE FROM 4 TO 7 FEET.

* IMPACTS...NUMEROUS ROADS WILL FLOOD AND SUSCEPTIBLE STRUCTURES
MAY SUSTAIN ADDITIONAL DAMAGE. ADDITIONAL BEACH EROSION IS
LIKELY.

THIS COASTAL FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT MODERATE FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. BE PREPARED FOR RISING WATER LEVELS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE
ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE WATER MAY BE

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BE MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES INTO THIS
EVENING THEN TAPER TO FLURRIES LATE AT NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL AFFECT TRAVEL... ESPECIALLY
DURING THE EVENING COMMUTE IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA AND WEST
CENTRAL NEW JERSEY. EVEN THE WEDNESDAY MORNING COMMUTE MAY BE
AFFECTED BY THE LAST BATCHES OF SNOW LEAVING THE AREA. ROAD
CONDITIONS WILL LIKELY DETERIORATE DURING TIMES OF HEAVIER
