* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS EXPECTED WITH THE

* TIMING...HIGH TIDE ON THE OCEAN FRONT IS EXPECTED BETWEEN 7 AND
9 AM. HIGH TIDE ON THE DELAWARE BAY AND BACK BAYS MAY OCCUR UP
