* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW WITH STRONG WINDS CAUSING
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING AND DRIFTING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...18 TO 24 INCHES.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW THIS AFTERNOON WILL IMPACT THE EVENING
COMMUTE. SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES LATER THIS
EVENING INTO TUESDAY MORNING BEFORE TAPERING OFF DURING TUESDAY
AFTERNOON. THE BRUNT OF THE STORM LOOKS TO OCCUR TONIGHT THROUGH
EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON... WHERE SNOWFALL RATES OF 2 TO 4 INCHES
PER HOUR ARE ANTICIPATED.

* IMPACTS...EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TRAVEL DUE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL AND
STRONG WINDS... RESULTING IN WHITEOUT CONDITIONS. SECONDARY
AND TERTIARY ROADS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE. STRONG WINDS MAY
DOWN POWER LINES AND TREE LIMBS.

* AT SANDY HOOK... NEW JERSEY (SANDY HOOK BAY) HIGH TIDE OCCURS AT
107 AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL OF 7.5 TO 8.0 FEET
ABOVE MEAN LOWER LOW WATER.

* AT SEASIDE HEIGHTS... NEW JERSEY (OCEANFRONT) HIGH TIDE OCCURS
AT 1237 AM TUESDAY...WITH A FORECAST TIDE LEVEL NEAR 7.0 FEET

* IMPACTS...NUMEROUS ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD AND MINOR TO MODERATE
PROPERTY DAMAGE IS LIKELY. THE TIDES AND WAVE ACTION WILL
RESULT IN MODERATE TO SEVERE BEACH EROSION.

A COASTAL FLOOD WARNING INDICATES THAT MODERATE OR MAJOR TIDAL
FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. BE PREPARED FOR RISING WATER
LEVELS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
