* PERSISTENT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED LATER TONIGHT
INTO FRIDAY MORNING. SOME AREAS WITH THE WATCH HAVE ALREADY SEEN
SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL EARLIER THURSDAY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
OVERNIGHT...PARTICULARLY WITHIN STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS...COULD
RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING.

* THE MAIN CONCERN WILL BE FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALLER
TRIBUTARIES...STREAMS AND CREEKS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
