* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 18 TO 24 INCHES.

* TIMING...INTENSE BAND OF SNOWFALL WILL BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY
OVER THE AREA THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL RATES OF 2 TO 4
INCHES PER HOUR ARE OCCURRING IN THIS BAND. BLIZZARD CONDITIONS
ARE OCCURRING OR ARE IMMINENT AND WILL LAST THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL WIND DOWN LATE TODAY... BUT MAY LINGER
INTO WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...WHITEOUT CONDITIONS WILL MAKE TRAVEL EXTREMELY
