LYING AREAS AND RIVER VALLEYS. EXPECT VERY LOW VISIBILITY...NEAR
ZERO IN SPOTS...IN THE PLATTE RIVER VALLEY ALONG THE INTERSTATE
80 CORRIDOR THROUGH LINCOLN AND INTO EASTERN KEITH COUNTIES.
VISIBILITY SHOULD BEGIN TO IMPROVE AROUND 11 AM CDT /10 AM MDT/
