As of 325 PM CDT, a combination of emergency management officials,
law enforcement and trained spotters continued to report at least
scattered instances of mainly minor flooding within the warned area,
as a result of a widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain, and localized
higher amounts up to around 7 inches, that fell over the past 24
Several rural roads remain closed, especially in Polk County. As for
creeks and rivers, mainly minor flooding was occurring along the Big
Blue River in southern Polk County and the Beaver Creek in Hamilton
County, with the West Fork Big Blue River in southern Hamilton
County reported to be bankfull. Other creeks and streams that could
be flooding or at least bankfull include...Lincoln Creek...Davis

At 531 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary
ahead of a broken line of thunderstorms along a line extending from
near Hampton to near Inland to near Norman to near Wilcox. Movement
was east southeast at 45 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with the outflow.
