THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHEYENNE HAS ISSUED A WINTER
STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING.

* TIMING...PERIODS OF RAIN MIXED WITH SNOW WILL BEGIN LATE MONDAY
NIGHT. RAIN WILL GRADUALLY CHANGE TO SNOW EARLY TUESDAY MORNING
WITH STEADY SNOWFALL THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 7 INCHES BY LATE TUESDAY
NIGHT.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...WINDS WILL BECOME NORTH OR NORTHWEST BETWEEN
15 TO 30 MPH TUESDAY MORNING. GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN
THE AFTERNOON. VISIBILITIES AROUND ONE HALF MILE ARE EXPECTED
TUESDAY THROUGH LATE TUESDAY EVENING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BECOME HAZARDOUS TUESDAY MORNING DUE TO
SLICK AND ICY ROADS. DANGEROUS TRAVEL IS POSSIBLE LATE TUESDAY
AND TUESDAY EVENING FOR A COMBINATION OF SLICK SNOWPACKED ROADS
AND POOR VISIBILITIES DUE TO FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW.
