The Swift Creek Near Streets Ferry.
* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8 PM Thursday the stage was 4.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring, river levels have been falling slowly
over the past 24 hours.
* Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
* Impact...At 4.0 feet...Water will overflow banks and begin to
threaten a few homes along Streets Ferry Road just south of the
creek. Streets Ferry Road starts to flood.

AT 930 AM...MIXED SLEET...SNOW...AND RAIN WAS BEGINNING TO AFFECT
THE CRYSTAL COAST AS WELL AS ONSLOW COUNTY. THE WINTRY MIX WILL
SPREAD NORTH TO AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 70 THROUGH THE
MORNING HOURS. AREAS NEAR THE CRYSTAL COAST SHOULD TURN TO A COLD
RAIN IN THE NEXT HOUR...THOUGH INTERIOR AREAS ALONG AND SOUTH OF
HIGHWAY 70 WILL SEE THE WINTRY MIX CONTINUE THIS MORNING AS
TEMPERATURES HOVER NEAR OR JUST BELOW FREEZING.

MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO USE EXTRA CAUTION. ALLOW AMPLE DISTANCE

TO BATH AND SWAN QUARTER ARE EXPECTED TO SEE THE MOST ICE
ACCUMULATION. ALONG THE IMMEDIATE SOUTHERN COAST AND SOUTHERN
OUTER BANKS THE PRECIPITATION WILL BECOME MAINLY RAIN THIS
