* TIMING...SNOW SHOWERS WILL BE LESS FREQUENT TODAY...TAPERING
OFF THIS EVENING...WITH SLIGHT ACCUMULATION. BITTER COLD WIND
CHILLS ARE EXPECTED EARLY IN THE MORNING.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF UP TO 1 INCH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND SNOW PACKED ROADS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
HAZARDOUS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE HIGH ELEVATIONS NEAR THE
TENNESSEE BORDER. SNOW ACCUMULATION AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS MAY
