...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

The National Weather Service in Blacksburg has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* Locations...from the New River and Greenbrier Valleys eastward
into the piedmont of Virginia and North Carolina.

* Hazards...Dense Fog.

* Visibilities...of a quarter mile or less.

* Timing...through Thursday morning.

* Impacts...Poor visibility, increasing difficultly to see the
highway.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down...
use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
