AT 249 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND AREA
HYDROGRAPHS INDICATED THAT RAINFALL FROM THE PAST 24 HOURS WAS
PRODUCING FLOODING ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. SEVERAL LOW WATER
CROSSINGS REMAIN FLOODED ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.

RUNOFF FROM THIS RAIN IS CAUSING FLOODING. LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING
INCLUDE...ANDERSON...AURORA...BIG SUGAR CREEK STATE PARK...
CASSVILLE...DIAMOND...EXETER...FAIRVIEW...GOODMAN...GRANBY...
JOPLIN...LANAGAN...LEAWOOD...MARIONVILLE...MILLER...MONETT...MOUNT
VERNON...NEOSHO...NOEL...PIERCE CITY...PINEVILLE...PURDY...ROARING
RIVER STATE PARK...SAGINAW...SELIGMAN...SENECA...SHOAL CREEK DRIVE...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT
ENTER THE WATER. TURN AROUND AND MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE
FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER
