Hill, Oak Grove, Spring Hill, Odessa, Greenwood, Higginsville,
Peculiar, Louisburg, Butler, Holden, Adrian, Garden City,
Pleasanton, La Cygne and Mound City.


Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Missouri River at Waverly.
* until late Saturday night.
* At 8:30 PM Thursday the stage was 19.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
to near 23.5 feet by Friday morning. The river will fall below
flood stage by early Saturday morning.
* At 23.5 feet...Rural areas along the river which are not protected
by levees flood.
