the Missouri River at St. Charles
* At 10:00 AM Monday the stage was 29.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river is near crest and will begin to fall
tomorrow morning.
* Impact: At 27.0 feet...The Katy Trail begins flooding near this
height along Hawning Road, about 2 miles north northeast of the
Highway 370 bridge.
* Impact: At 26.5 feet...Aubuchon Road begins flooding between Teson
Road and Riverwood Estates near this height.
* Impact: At 26.0 feet...Highway 94 begins flooding 1.5 miles SW of
Matson, MO.
* Impact: At 25.0 feet...Flood Stage. Minor flooding begins. The
right bank downstream overflows, flooding agricultural bottomland.
* Impact: At 21.0 feet...An access road to farmland on Bonhomme
Island gets cut off above this height.

the Meramec River near Arnold
* At 11:00 AM Monday the stage was 34.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 35.2 feet by
early tomorrow afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact: At 35.1 feet...Intersection of Romaine Creek Road and Old
Missouri 141 begins flooding.
* Impact: At 35.0 feet...Water gets into the pool at Springdale Park
on Highway 141. Also, Covered Bridge RV Park and Storage begins
flooding near this height east of Highway 141.
* Impact: At 34.5 feet...Widman Park along Telegraph Road begins
flooding near this height. Also, Meramec Bottom Road floods near
Quail Creek Golf Club.
* Impact: At 33.0 feet...Springdale Park floods at this height.
* Impact: At 30.0 feet...Wells Road below Suson Woods begins flooding
at this height.
* Impact: At 27.0 feet...Meramec Bottom Road between Wells Road and
Kerth Road begins flooding near this height.
* Impact: At 26.0 feet...House at the end of Kasebaum Lane is
surrounded by water just west of Lemay Ferry Road bridge. Also,
Hawkins Road south of Meramec Bottom Road is closed near this
height.
* Impact: At 25.1 feet...St. Louis County closes the following roads
at this height: Butler Hill west of Summerhedge Place, Meramec
Bottom Road between Hageman Road and Highway 21, Hawkins Road south
of Meramec Bottom Road, and Old Telegraph Road at Earl Widman
County Park.
* Impact: At 24.7 feet...Hawkins Road south of Meramec Bottom Road
begins flooding.
* Impact: At 24.0 feet...Corisande Hills Road begins flooding at this
height. Meramec Bottom Road between Hageman Road and Highway 21
begins flooding.
* Impact: At 23.5 feet...The boat ramps and fishing banks at Arnold
City Park and at the Flamm City Access on the west bank near the
Telegraph Road bridge are flooded.
* Impact: At 23.0 feet...Old Telegraph Road at Earl Widman County
Park and Butler Hill Road West beyond Summerhedge Place begin
flooding. Heintz Road between Telegraph and Erb also floods near
this height.

* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 16.6 feet by
early tomorrow afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage
Wednesday afternoon.
* Impact: At 16.0 feet...Flood Stage. Minor flooding begins. Buder
Park begins to flood.
* Impact: At 12.0 feet...Sluice gates at 5th Street, 3rd Street, and
Fishpot Creek at Union Pacific Railway tracks must be closed.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Mississippi River at St. Louis
* At 12:30 PM Monday the stage was 37.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river will continue rising to near 38.1 feet overnight.
The river will fall below flood stage Monday morning.
* Impact: At 38.5 feet...Nellie Avenue, south of Lemay Ferry Road
along River des Peres, begins flooding.
* Impact: At 38.0 feet...The U.S. Coast Guard will consider closing
the St. Louis harbor to navigation above this level. Four more
floodgates are closed at Prairie Avenue, Madison Avenue, Mullanphy
Street, and the railroad bed near Lesparance Street.
* Impact: At 37.5 feet...Highway 61/67 south of Pevely begin flooding
at the Joachim Creek bridge.
* Impact: At 37.0 feet...Three more floodgates are closed at this
level: the Missouri Illinois Sand Company gate in south St. Louis,
the City of St. Louis railroad gate, and a double gate at East
Grand in north St. Louis.
* Impact: At 35.0 feet...Moderate flooding begins. The floodgates at
Gratiot Road railroad and Choteau Street are closed.
* Impact: At 34.0 feet...Floodgates at Convent Street railroad and
Rutger Street are closed.
* Impact: At 33.0 feet...Floodgates at the Rutger Street railroad and
at Miller Street are closed.
* Impact: At 32.0 feet...Flood panels at Carr Street and Poplar
Street are installed.
* Impact: At 31.9 feet...The entrance to the parking garage just
north of Eads bridge begins flooding.
* Impact: At 31.7 feet...Leonor K. Sullivan Bouelvard begins flooding
at this level in front of the Arch.
* Impact: At 30.0 feet...Floodwall at Lacledes Landing is closed.
* Impact: At 18.5 feet...Riverfront parking east of Leonor K.
Sullivan Boulevard begins flooding.
