THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. WIDESPREAD RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP
TO 2 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* RIVERS...CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO
FLOODING DUE TO THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL. IN ADDITION...MANY
ROADS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS MAY BECOME FLOODED AND
IMPASSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

* until Friday morning.
* At 8:26 AM Tuesday the stage was 22.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 24.1 feet by
Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday
morning.
* At 22.0 feet...Low-lying rural areas along the river and outside of
levee protection flood.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 20.7 feet by
early Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
Thursday evening.
* At 17.0 feet...Low-lying areas unprotected by levees begin to
flood.
