* At 7 AM Thursday the stage was 20.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast: The river is forecast to crest near 23.7 feet tonight and
fall below flood stage Monday afternoon.
* Impact: At 23.8 feet...The nearby RV park, adjacent to the city
park, begins to flood.
