* EXPECT SNOW TO DEVELOP AROUND 3 AM TUESDAY AND THEN DIMINISH
AROUND 1 PM TUESDAY. A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN REMAINS POSSIBLE ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST IOWA INTO FAR
SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.

* THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 6 AM AND NOON
TUESDAY.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED...WITH
THE HEAVIER AMOUNTS ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 29 ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

* WINDS GUSTING OF 30 TO 40 MPH LATER TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY
TUESDAY EVENING WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW...ESPECIALLY IN HIGHER TERRAIN...OPEN COUNTRY AREAS AND ON
RIDGE TOPS.

* PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS TUESDAY...WITH FALLING SNOW THE
MAIN PROBLEM DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE...THEN BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES DURING THE EVENING
