...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH
* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow
accumulations of 4 to 6 inches. Localized amounts up to 8 inches
are possible in the Sheyenne River valley. The precipitation
may start as rain initially, but will quickly change to snow.
Freezing drizzle possible Saturday early morning.
* WHERE...Portions of west central Minnesota and northeast and
southeast North Dakota.
* WHEN...From Friday morning through Saturday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Friday. Significant
reductions in visibility are possible.
