* A PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN THIS MORNING WILL CAUSE UP TO
ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OF ICE ACCRETION ON ROADS...SIDEWALKS...AND
ELEVATED SURFACES.

* LIGHT FREEZING RAIN COULD OCCASIONALLY MIX WITH SLEET.

* TEMPERATURES RISING ABOVE 32 DEGREES BY NOON WILL END THE
FREEZING RAIN THREAT.

* UNTREATED AND SNOW-COVERED ROADS WILL BE THE MOST VULNERABLE
