...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of central Michigan, south central Michigan, and
southwest Michigan, including the following areas, in central
Michigan, Clare, Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Montcalm, and
Osceola. In south central Michigan, Calhoun, Clinton, Eaton,
Ingham, Ionia, and Jackson. In southwest Michigan, Barry,
Kalamazoo, and Kent.
* From Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning
* One to three inches of rain expected. Isolated higher amounts
approaching 4 to 5 inches possible.
* Much of the watch area recently received significant rain.
Additional heavy rain would quickly turn to runoff that could
overwhelm some local drainage systems.
