* LOCATIONS...NORTHEAST MARYLAND.

* COASTAL FLOODING...MINOR TIDAL FLOODING EXPECTED WITH THE
UPCOMING HIGH TIDE.

* TIMING...THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...SHALLOW FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN THE MOST VULNERABLE
LOCATIONS NEAR THE WATERFRONT AND SHORELINE. SOME ROADS AND
LOW LYING PROPERTY INCLUDING PARKING LOTS, PARKS AND LAWNS
NEAR THE WATERFRONT MAY EXPERIENCE SHALLOW FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS THAT MINOR TIDAL FLOODING IS
EXPECTED. MINOR TIDAL FLOODING OFTEN RESULTS IN SOME ROAD
CLOSURES. USUALLY...THE MOST VULNERABLE ROADWAYS WILL FLOOD.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AT A LOCATION THAT IS PRONE TO TIDAL
FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS. THE
WATER MAY BE DEEPER THAN YOU THINK IT IS. YOU WILL BE PUTTING
YOURSELF IN DANGER AND YOUR VEHICLE MAY BE DAMAGED...LEADING TO
COSTLY REPAIRS.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WINDS...South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING...in progress and should diminish starting around 8 am
or 9 am.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that very windy conditions are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for
high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Light-weight outdoor
objects such as patio furniture and garbage cans should be
secured.
