* LOCATION...SOUTHERN BALTIMORE COUNTY AND THE CITY OF BALTIMORE.

* TIDAL DEPARTURE...AROUND 1 FOOT ABOVE NORMAL.

* TIMING...AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE EARLY THIS MORNING,
WHICH WILL OCCUR AT 4:07 AM AT FORT MCHENRY AND 5:36 AM AT
BOWLEY BAR.

* IMPACTS...FLOODING IS EXPECTED AT THE END OF THAMES STREET IN
BALTIMORE. WATER ALSO IS EXPECTED TO COVER THE PROMENADE AT
THE DRAGON BOAT DOCK IN THE INNER HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
