inches, with localized amounts up to 11 inches, are possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, all of Massachusetts
east of Berkshire County, except for the Cape and islands, and
all of Rhode Island except for Block Island. This includes the
cities and surrounding suburbs of Boston, Providence, Hartford,
Springfield and Worcester.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.
