* SNOW WILL CHANGE TO RAIN BY MID MORNING ON MONDAY. THE RAIN WILL
THEN FALL HEAVILY AT TIMES THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT. ONE TO TWO
INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED.

* RUNOFF FROM THE RAIN FALLING ON A FROZEN GROUND COMBINED WITH
MELTING SNOW COVER WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF POOR DRAINING
AREAS AND LOW LYING AREAS ALONG SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE

* TIMING...SNOW WILL FALL HEAVILY AT TIMES THIS EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT...THEN CHANGE TO RAIN BY MID MORNING ON MONDAY. A
BRIEF PERIOD OF FREEZING RAIN IS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE CHANGEOVER
TO RAIN OCCURS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY 3 TO 6 INCHES OF TOTAL SNOWFALL
IS EXPECTED THROUGH MID MORNING MONDAY WITH LITTLE IF ANY ICE
ACCUMULATION EXPECTED.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 INCH PER HOUR OR MORE WILL OCCUR
AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. THIS WILL CAUSE TRAVEL
CONDITIONS TO DETERIORATE QUICKLY ONCE THE SNOW BEGINS...WITH
POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS LIKELY CONTINUING THROUGH THE MONDAY
MORNING COMMUTE.
