* At 535 PM EST, 435 PM CST, local law enforcement reported several
roads remained closed across the warning area due to flooding.
This flooding is from the heavy rains received over the past
several days.

Additional heavy rain is not expected through Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monday early afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 36.0 feet...11th Street is closed at floodgates.

closed.
