WEST TO EAST EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. PRECIPITATION WILL TAPER TO
DRIZZLE THIS EVENING.

* MAIN IMPACT...SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL BE
POSSIBLE AT TIMES THIS AFTERNOON. TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS AS
EVEN TREATED PRIMARY ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED.
