...Locally Dense Fog and Patchy Frost to Develop Late Tonight...
Fog will develop overnight, and some of it will likely become
locally dense, with visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less
in a few spots. The dense fog will be most likely near rivers,
streams, larger creeks, and lakes. Look for the fog to lift and
dissipate by 10 AM Wednesday.
Where fog does not form, patchy frost will be possible toward dawn
Wednesday in a few sheltered areas and valley locations mainly in
far eastern Kentucky, but most places will be spared frost.
Temperatures will bottom out in the upper 30s in most places, but
a few colder readings in the middle 30s will occur. Sensitive
plants and vegetation may be harmed or killed should frost form.
Any frost will dissipate by 10 AM Wednesday.
