* TIMING...MID AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS MAY BE FELT ALONG WEST TO EAST
ORIENTED HIGHWAYS...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LOOSE
OUTDOOR OBJECTS THAT ARE NOT SECURED PROPERLY MAY BE BLOWN ABOUT
BY THE GUSTY WINDS.
