* AT 1113 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN WHICH WILL CAUSE FLOODING. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN
HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. RAINFALL FROM MONDAY NIGHT HAS CREATED
SATURATED GROUND PRIOR TO THIS RAINFALL. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this morning and continue
to rise to near 15.8 feet by early Thursday morning.The river will
fall below flood stage by Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Lowland agricultural flooding occurs from
U.S. Highway 24 to Milford Lake.
