...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT TO 6 PM CST SATURDAY...
* WHAT...A mixed bag of freezing rain and snow expected. Total
snow accumulations will range from a dusting up to three
inches, with the heavier snowfall amounts over southern
Nebraska. Ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and east central and
south central Nebraska generally southeast of a Central City,
Kearney, Cambridge line.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight through 6 PM CST Saturday with
the heaviest snow and freezing rain falling Saturday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
wind will be fairly light out of the north at 5 to 10 mph and
will not be much of an issue during this event.
