* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage Tuesday morning and continue
rising to 16.5 feet Thursday evening. Fall below flood stage
Saturday evening.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, water affects low lying buildings and
homes in Montrose and Niota.
