Snowmelt in...
Southeastern Bear Lake County in southeastern Idaho...

* Until 245 PM MDT Friday

* Emergency management and the public reported flooding in the Bear
Lake area due to snowmelt and runoff. Widespread flooding across

Charles and Fish Haven. Rising ground water has resulted in
numerous flooded basements across the advisory area, particularly

Additional lowland rainfall is expected Wednesday night and

deaths occur in vehicles.
