...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO
10 AM PST TUESDAY...
The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow...which is in effect from midnight
tonight to 10 AM PST Tuesday.
* Locations...Moscow, Plummer, Potlatch, Genesee, Kellogg,
Pinehurst, Osburn, Wallace, Mullan, Fourth of July Pass,
Dobson Pass, Lookout Pass, Pullman, Colfax, Rosalia, La
Crosse, Oakesdale, Tekoa, and Uniontown.
* Snow Accumulations...3 to 6 inches tonight into Sunday and 2 to
5 inches Sunday night into Monday. Another 1 to 3 inches is
possible Monday night into Tuesday.
* Timing...Snow will develop overnight, continue through Sunday.
The snow may taper off Sunday evening, but redevelop late Sunday
night through Monday. Snow will decrease by Tuesday morning.
* Impacts...Roadways are expected to become snow covered and
slippery. Motorists should prepare for winter driving
conditions...especially during the late night and morning
