* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOWFALL WITH BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL
ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS AND MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY, MAKING
TRAVEL DIFFICULT. MOUNTAIN PASSES MAY BECOME EXTREMELY
DIFFICULT TO TRAVEL.

* TIMING...A BRIEF LET-UP THIS MORNING WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A
RETURN DURING THE LATE MORNING HOURS OF LIGHT SNOW. HEAVIEST
SNOWFALL RATES WILL OCCUR DURING THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL SNOW FROM 6 AM MONDAY TO 6 AM
TUESDAY WILL BE 3 TO 8 INCHES FOR ELEVATIONS BELOW 6500 FEET AND
6 TO 12 INCHES ABOVE 6500 FEET ELEVATION.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN POCATELLO HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATION...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 AM MST TUESDAY. THE WINTER
STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* IMPACTS...MODERATE SNOWFALL WITH POTENTIAL FOR BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW OVER ROADWAYS.

* TIMING...9 AM MONDAY THROUGH 6 AM TUESDAY. THE HEAVIEST SNOW
WILL BE DURING THE EVENING HOURS...FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON
UNTIL 11 PM TONIGHT.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 5 INCHES ACROSS THE LOWER SNAKE RIVER
PLAIN. ALONG THE INTERSTATE 15 AND INTERSTATE 86 CORRIDOR WILL
HAVE THE HEAVIEST AMOUNTS...FROM 3 TO 5 INCHES OF NEW SNOW.
BENCH AREAS IN THE POCATELLO AREA COULD EXPERIENCE 4 TO 6 INCHES
OF NEW SNOW.

* CONFIDENCE...HIGH CONFIDENCE IN SNOWFALL. MODERATE CONFIDENCE
IN AMOUNTS.

* LOCATIONS...POCATELLO...CHUBBUCK...FORT HALL...BLACKFOOT...
ABERDEEN...AMERICAN FALLS.
