* RECENT ACTIVITY...THE RIVER HAS CRESTED UPSTREAM AT CEDAR BLUFF.
* FORECAST...RISE TO 14.1 FEET TODAY. FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE FRIDAY

* IMPACT...AT 14 FEET...WATER AFFECTS LINDLE AVENUE AND KEOKUK
