* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water affects low lying buildings and

Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to move north
across the area through midnight. Expect periods of moderate to
heavy rain, with ponding water on roads. Motorists should also be
prepared for water encroaching onto roads from rain swollen
ditches and creeks. Outside of the rain, expect dense fog with
visibilities below a quarter mile.
