WITH 2 INCHES IN PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST ILLINOIS.

* WINDS...NORTH 20 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN A MILE WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT
TIMES ESPECIALLY IN RURAL OR OPEN AREAS.

* IMPACTS...ROADS AND TRAVEL WILL REMAIN HAZARDOUS. CONSIDERABLE
BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING.
VISIBILITIES WILL DROP BELOW ONE HALF MILE WITH NEAR WHITEOUT
CONDITIONS AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY IN OPEN AND RURAL AREAS. TREE
