* TIMING...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL REACH INTERSTATE 35 BY AROUND
MIDDAY TODAY AND THE WATERLOO AREA BY MID-AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL
THEN END FROM WEST TO EAST ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* STORM TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS FOR THE
EVENT WILL RANGE FROM 2 TO 4 INCHES DOWN TOWARD HIGHWAY 30...UP
TO 6 TO 8 INCHES AROUND MASON CITY AND WATERLOO. LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS ARE LIKELY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...SOUTHEAST WINDS OF AROUND 15 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS ARE FORECAST THIS AFTERNOON INTO TONIGHT. VISIBILITY
RESTRICTIONS SHOULD VARY FROM A FEW MILES DOWN TO LESS THAN A MILE
DURING PERIODS OF HEAVIER SNOWFALL. WINDS WILL DIMINISH BY
SUNDAY MORNING AND LESSEN THE POTENTIAL FOR VISIBILITY
RESTRICTIONS.

* IMPACTS...THE PRIMARY IMPACTS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED ROADS.
