Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EST this morning.

* VISIBILITY...One half to one quarter mile or less.

* IMPACTS...Motorists should drive with extreme caution. Slow
down where visibilities are reduced, use low beam headlights,
and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
