* Locations...the cities of Hartford, Windsor Locks, Union,
Vernon, Putnam, Willimantic, Charlemont, Greenfield, Orange,
Barre, Fitchburg, Framingham, Lowell, Lawrence, Gloucester,
Chesterfield, Blandford, Amherst, Northampton, Springfield,
Milford, Worcester, Foxborough, Norwood, Cambridge, Boston,
Quincy, Ayer, Foster, and Smithfield.

* Winds...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Timing...noon to 10 pm Sunday.

* Impacts...Winds this strong are capable of downing small tree
limbs and branches, possibly causing isolated power outages.
