...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MST
WEDNESDAY...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE
HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...SNOWFALL WILL RANGE FROM 3 TO 7 INCHES OVER
THE ELK MOUNTAINS OR THE MOUNTAINS SURROUNDING ASPEN. THE
FLATTOPS AND THE GORE MOUNTAINS...INCLUDING THE MOUNTAINS
SURROUNDING THE TOWN OF VAIL...WILL RECEIVE 6 TO 12 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH...ESPECIALLY
ABOVE TIMBERLINE AND EXPOSED OPEN AREAS.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE CHALLENGING DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY IN
SNOW...FOG...AND BLOWING SNOW. INCLEMENT WINTER WEATHER
CONDITIONS WILL IMPACT VAIL PASS ON INTERSTATE 70.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW AND/OR
BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
DRIVING.
