...COOLER AND BREEZY BEGINNING TUESDAY NIGHT...

A DRY PACIFIC SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO CALIFORNIA TUESDAY
EVENING...BRINGING BREEZY CONDITIONS AND MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES
TO THE CENTRAL CALIFORNIA INTERIOR. HIGH TEMPERATURES WEDNESDAY AND
THURSDAY IN THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY WILL ONLY BE
IN THE MID TO UPPER 70S...AND WILL BE 8 TO 12 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL.
THESE HIGHS ARE MORE TYPICAL OF MID APRIL RATHER THAN LATE MAY.

IN ADDITION TO THE MUCH COOLER WEATHER...THE SYSTEM WILL BRING
BREEZY CONDITIONS TO THE REGION. BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP OVER
THE WEST SIDE OF THE SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY TUESDAY EVENING AS MARINE
AIR SPILLS THROUGH THE PASSES AND CANYONS ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
VALLEY. WINDS COULD GUST AS HIGH AS 35 MPH...WITH AREAS OF BLOWING
DUST POSSIBLE.

IN THE KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS...WINDS WILL GUST TO 35 TO
45 MPH THROUGH AND BELOW THE FAVORABLY ORIENTED PASSES AND CANYONS
WITH AREAS OF BLOWING DUST OR SAND LIKELY. BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY BEFORE DECREASING WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
