COUNTY...AND AREAS ALONG THE COLORADO RIVER VALLEY THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH TONIGHT. THIS COULD LEAD TO FLOODING ISSUES ACROSS THE
AREA.

* THE COMBINATION OF ALREADY WET SOILS AND MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF. FLOODING OF
STREAMS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS IS
POSSIBLE. MOST LIKELY WATERWAYS IMPACTED INCLUDE THE MUDDY
RIVER...BIG SANDY RIVER...AND THE SACRAMENTO WASH.
