FEET...8 TO 14 INCHES ABOVE 6000 FEET...12 TO 24 INCHES ABOVE 8000
FEET...1 TO 3 FEET ABOVE 9000 FEET.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH. STRONGER
GUSTS NEAR THE SIERRA CREST.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL RATES OF TWO INCHES PER HOUR FRIDAY MORNING.
