MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH THIS AFTERNOON...THEN CONTINUE INTO
THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST NEAR THE
IMMEDIATE COAST AND ACROSS HIGHER TERRAIN.

* IMPACTS...CROSS WINDS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES
AND TRAILERS ESPECIALLY ALONG HIGHWAYS 1 AND 101.
