* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...
SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHWESTS CALIFORNIA...INCLUDING THE
FOLLOWING AREAS...IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...SAN BERNARDINO AND
RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE. IN SOUTHWEST
CALIFORNIA...APPLE AND LUCERNE VALLEYS...ORANGE COUNTY COASTAL
AREAS...ORANGE COUNTY INLAND AREAS...SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY
MOUNTAINS...SAN GORGONIO PASS NEAR BANNING AND SANTA ANA

* FROM NOON SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

* HEAVY RAIN WILL OCCUR AT TIMES FROM MIDDAY SUNDAY THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING. RAINFALL RATES COULD LOCALLY REACH OR EXCEED ONE INCH
PER HOUR. THIS WILL BRING A RISK OF FLASH FLOODING. HEAVY RAINS
OVER RECENT BURN SCARS COULD RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOWS AND
MUDSLIDES. IN THE MOUNTAINS, A WARMER MOIST AIR MASS ON SUNDAY
WILL BRING HEAVY RAIN ON TOP OF PREVIOUSLY FALLEN SNOW AND
RESULT IN MELTING OF SNOW WHICH WILL INCREASING THE RISK OF
FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION

WITH SETS TO 12 FT. SURF WILL LIKELY DIMINISH BELOW HIGH SURF
THRESHOLDS BY WEDNESDAY.

* TIDES...HIGHEST TIDE WILL BE 4.8 FT AT 520 AM SUNDAY...5.1 FT
AT 559 AM MONDAY...AND 5.4 FT AT 634 AM TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...MINOR COASTAL FLOODING AND BEACH EROSION. DAMAGE TO
COASTAL STRUCTURES SUCH AS PIERS WILL BE POSSIBLE. STRONG RIP
CURRENTS AND DANGEROUS SWIMMING CONDITIONS. LARGE WAVES CAN WASH
PEOPLE OFF JETTIES AND ROCKS.

A HIGH SURF WARNING INDICATES THAT DANGEROUS...BATTERING WAVE
WILL POUND THE SHORELINE. THIS WILL RESULT IN VERY DANGEROUS
